08/01/2013 | If the CBL (Step 14 of the submitted plugging procedure) shows inadequate cement coverage of the Shannon or Sussex Formations, the planned cement plug inside the casing from 5654’ to 4678’ must be adjusted to achieve cement coverage, both inside the 4-1/2” production casing and in the 4-1/2” casing by 7-7/8” hole annulus, 200’ above the Sussex Formation. Provide a copy of the CBL along with the Form 6, Subsequent Report of Abandonment, within 30 days after abandonment of this well. |
