05/20/2014 | Note change in plugging procedure:
1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) For 5130' plug-increase TOC of cement in pipe from planned 4450' to 4180' to cover squeeze perfs@4200'. Adjust cement volume accordingly.
3) If unable to pull casing contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
4) For 400’ plug: pump plug and displace, WOC 4hours then tag plug – must be 165’ or shallower and provide 10 sx plug at the surface. Leave at least 100’ cement in the casing for each plug.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
