2) No CBL on file. Run a CBL to verify the top of the primary cement and the subsequently squeezed cement interval. These must be at least 200’ over the Niobrara. If not, provide cement, as needed, to ensure adequate Niobrara coverage. Ensure that CIBP #2 is set within a well-bonded interval of the primary cement and revise its depth if necessary. Run a CBL to verify the stage cement pumped through the DV tool. Add cement, as needed, to provide cement from 940’ to at least 50’ within the surface casing shoe. Submit a copy of both CBLs with the Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
3) Provide an “As Plugged” wellbore diagram identifying the specific plugging completed.
4) If unable to pull casing, contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103.
6) Operator must tag plugs upon verbal request by the COGCC engineer or COGCC field inspector.
