04/17/2014 | Note change in plugging procedure:
1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Additional plug needed: The Sussex and Shannon formations are productive within one mile of this well. Therefore, cement isolation, which does not currently exist across them, must be provided, by using a perforate and squeeze or equivalent method so that at a minimum there is cement from 50' below the Shannon formation to 200’ above the Sussex formation. (Perfs approximately 5050' and 4150').
3) For 650’ plug: pump plug and displace. If surface casing plug not circulated to surface WOC 4 hours then tag plug – must be 200’ or shallower and provide 10 sx plug at the surface. Leave at least 100’ cement in the casing for each plug.
4) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
5) Provide an “As Plugged” wellbore diagram identifying the specific plugging completed. |
