08/26/2014 | 1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2)Run CBL to verify the top of primary cement (or additional Niobrara coverage squeezed cement) is at least 200’ over Niobrara and that cement exists from the DV tool to at least 50’ inside the surface casing shoe. If cement in either interval is not present add this coverage by perforating and squeezing.
3) For 1350' plug: pump plug and displace, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 189’ or shallower.
4) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
5) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |
