04/01/2026 | 1. Operator will implement measures to control venting, to protect health and safety, and to ensure that vapors and odors from well operations do not constitute a nuisance or hazard to public welfare.
2. Well to be plugged or repaired within 6 months of identifying integrity issue- 05/8/25. Pressure is to be managed and mitigated until repair or plugging is complete.
3. Shut in bradenhead pressure shall not exceed threshold pressure.
