06/14/2017 | 1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Properly abandon flowlines per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 when flowline abandonment is complete.
3) This well has federal minerals. Operator shall notify COGCC engineering staff of any plugging changes required by the BLM or unexpected conditions in the field as soon as feasible.
4) Check bradenhead pressure prior to operations after shutting in for at least 12 hours and contact COGCC area engineer Craig Burger if pressure is greater than 100 psi. During plugging operations shut in bradenhead each night and contact COGCC area engineer Craig Burger if pressure is greater than 100 psi the next morning.
