9/2/2015 | Multiple packers were set between 6312 ft and 6371 ft. There seems to be an acceptable gap where no packers have been set between 6312 ft and current packer at 6043 ft. After review of scanned documents the reason for setting packer @ 6043 ft is not obvious. UIC Program willing to allow packer to stay where it is until the next time a workover rig is on the well. At that time the operator is required to move packer down preferentially between 6271 ft (100 ft above perfs) and 6312 ft (packer installed in 2000). If the packer cannot be set within this interval operator is required to get COGCC approval of set depth. They are required to provide reason and proposal for setting packer between 6271 ft and 6043 ft. |
