2) For Wells that have sustained casing pressure above the action threshold as determined through diagnostic testing and evaluation, the Operator will provide a PMP with the Form 4, including a description of the Operator’s findings from the previous year, number of times the well was blown down, a current WBD and future plans for more frequent monitoring or testing, pressure mitigation, or remedial well work by 3/5/2022
3) Bradenhead bleed off is required to be in compliance with COGCC and CDPHE regulations. |
