5/5/2023 | Approval/Passing of the form 4 acknowledges that the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission has received the notice. It is not an acknowledgement that reclamation has been passed. Operator has not provided any description of the final reclamation procedures conducted as required by COGCC rule 1004.c(4).
Operator remains responsible for management of the Location, including Weed Management pursuant to Rules 1004.e and 606.c, and Stormwater Management pursuant to Rule 1002.f., until site receives a passing Final Reclamation inspection.
A field inspection will be conducted at a future date to evaluate compliance with reclamation standards. |
