Chevron Rangely Weber Sand Unit has a SPILL PREVENTION CONTROL AND COUNTERMEASURE PLAN, all employees are instructed on the contents of the plan and specific personnel are trained in oil- handling duties. Chevron will ensure 110 percent secondary containment for any volume of fluids contained at the well site during the drilling and completion operations.
