12/18/2017 | 1) Run CBL to determine top of cement. Cement must be 200' above D-Sand. D-Sand was produced within 1 mile.
2) Provide remedial cement from 250’ to at least 50’ above surface casing shoe (due to WW Permit #0041777, 160’ deep, located SWSW13-1N-58W). Confirm with CBL and submit Form 5 updating well configuration.
3) Perform and submit a passing MIT before producing. The well has never passed an MIT and the well has been SI for more than 2 years.
