2) Provide remedial cement from 250’ to at least 50’ above surface casing shoe (due to WW Permit #0041777, 160’ deep, located SWSW13-1N-58W). Confirm with CBL and submit Form 5 updating well configuration.
3) Perform and submit a passing MIT before producing. The MIT should also be done within 30 days since the well is in TA status. |
