02/08/2017 | 1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Properly abandon flowlines per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 when flowline abandonment is complete.
3) Check the 8 5/8" x 5 1/2” (bradenhead) annulus pressure and report pressure on Form 6 Subsequent Report of Abandonment. Notify COGCC engineering staff if bradenhead gas or liquid flow is observed prior to perforating below the surface casing shoe.
