1) Provide 48 hour notice of MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Run CBL (no copy on file showing stage cement) to determine stage cement from stage tool at 4098’. Set plugs at 4100’ (bot. Cynn) and 3500’ (top. Dkta) by perf & squeeze or inside casing as indicated by CBL. Submit CBL with subsequent report.
3) Tag shoe plug 50’ above shoe or cement to surface.
4) Top off cement from 50' to surface (in casing and annulus).
