03/31/2017 | NOTE: Changes in plugging procedure - shoe plug moved to 590'
1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) If shoe plug not circulated to surface (or falls back) - tag plug, must be 150' or shallower and place 10 sx at surface (or top off).
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
