Verify remedial cement coverage with cement bond log. 2) Submit Form 4 Sundry once recomplete is performed to change from injector well to producing well. |

3/28/2017 | NOTE: Changes in plugging procedure. CBL to be run prior to plugging to verify existing coverage - should be run from 1300' to surface - submit to COGCC for verification of plugging orders. Additional plugs may be required.
1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
