3) If a casing leak is identified, contact the Area Engineer with repair plans. A CBL needs to be run as indicated depth, to verify existing cement coverage.
4) All repair work and a successful MIT (if needed) shall be completed by 6/30/2025.
5) At the end of repair and diagnosis (06/30/2025), conduct a new bradenhead test and submit the Form 17 within ten days of the test and submit a Form 4 Sundry that summarizes current well condition. The sundry should include details of the future plans, and all logs run.
Shut in bradenhead pressure shall not exceed 25 psig. |
