09/19/2016 | 1) Provide 48-hour notice prior to Bradenhead Test via electronic Form 42; Bradenhead Test shall be reported on Form 17.
2) Provide 48-hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
3) Properly abandon flowlines per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 when flowline abandonment is complete.
4) PLUGGING CHANGES:
a) Isolation above Niobrara Formation: Changed 30 sx in casing from 4940' to 5140' (additional cement planned above CIBP at 5140' with 4 sx on top) to 30 sx in casing from 3660' to 3860' (above Niobrara Formation top at 3860' with existing cement behind 5+1/2" Second String up to 3630');
b) Operator provided procedure revision for isolation across 8+5/8" First String shoe with possible casing leaks above and below in 5+1/2" casing: Operator plans to cut and pull 5+1/2" casing at 1700' and pump a plug across the casing stub and the 8+5/8" shoe.
c) Operator provided procedure revision for isolation above First String 8+5/8" top of cement, which may be below the Surface Casing 10+3/4" shoe at 662': Operator plans to cut and pull 8+5/8" casing at 250' or just above free point (COGCC preference for a cut just above the free point, as deep as 662', if possible).
d) Operator provided procedure revision to circulate cement to surface from 1775' (inside 5+1/2" casing stub) after cutting and pulling 5+1/2" casing and 8+5/8" casing as specified above.
5) This well has Federal minerals. Proceed as directed by BLM, and notify COGCC engineering staff of any plugging changes required by BLM before or during plugging of this well.
6) Correct COGCC Dakota production errors within 30 days (Dakota was not completed until October 2005 - production should be Lakota only prior to the Dakota completion). |
