09/06/2023 | 1) Operator shall comply with COGCC Rule 419. Bradenhead Monitoring, Testing, and Reporting and Rule 420. Form 17, Bradenhead Test Report or other Director approved submittal method.
2) Comply with any CDPHE, Air Pollution Control Division rules or requirements for all atmospheric discharges.
3) Any liquids blown down are to be collected, stored, handled, and treated or disposed as E&P waste per COGCC’s 900 series rules
4) Within 30 days of completing the work, submit a Form 4 Subsequent Report - Bradenhead Plan
5) Complete installation of BH monitoring system by 01/29/2024

09/30/2024 | 1. Operator will implement measures to control venting, to protect health and safety, and to ensure that vapors and odors from well operations do not constitute a nuisance or hazard to public welfare.
2. Bradenhead gas is not to be vented to the atmosphere. Shut in bradenhead pressure shall not exceed threshold pressure.
3. No later than 5/21/2025, conduct a bradenhead test, submit a Form 17, and submit a Form 4 Sundry that summarizes current well condition. The sundry should include details of the future plans, analysis interpretation, bradenhead test description, and the intermediate flow rate information and pressure data. |
