11/15/2023 | 1) Operator shall comply with the Notice to Operators Drilling Wells in the Buzzard, Mamm Creek, and Rulison fields, Garfield County and Mesa County – Procedures and Submittal Requirements for Compliance with COGCC Order Nos. 1-107, 139-56, 191-22, and 369-2 (“Bradenhead NTO”), dated July 8, 2010.
2) Operator shall comply with COGCC Rule 419. Bradenhead Monitoring, Testing, and Reporting and Rule 420. Form 17, Bradenhead Test Report or other Director approved submittal method.
3) Comply with any CDPHE, Air Pollution Control Division rules or requirements for all atmospheric discharges.
4) Any liquids blown down are to be collected, stored, handled, and treated or disposed as E&P waste per COGCC’s 900 series rules.
