Due to rapid blowdown time reported on 12/31/2013 (doc#2122053) verify that their is not a buried valve that is closed.
Shut-in well for 48 hours after 90 days. Record BHP @ conclusion of shut-in period and furnish results to COGCC.
Comply with all applicable CDPHE rules and regulations.
