11/08/2023 | 1) Operator shall comply with COGCC Rule 419. Bradenhead Monitoring, Testing, and Reporting and Rule 420. Form 17, Bradenhead Test Report or other Director approved submittal method.
2) Comply with any CDPHE, Air Pollution Control Division rules or requirements for all atmospheric discharges.
3) Complete installation of BH monitoring system and repair by 03/23/2024
4) Within 30 days of completing the work, submit a Form 4 Subsequent Report - Bradenhead Plan |
