12/29/2021 | 1) Complete annual bradenhead testing for 2021 by 7/1/2022. If the wellhead has not be reinstalled by this date due to drilling operation, contact the area engineer with an update.
2) A separate annual bradenhead test is required for 2022. A minimum of 30 days between the delayed 2021 and 2022 tests is required. |
