Notify Dave Andrews (970-456-5262 cell or david.andrews@state.co.us) at least 48 hours prior to MIRU. 2) Run new cement bond log (CBL) to verify remedial cement coverage. 3) Submit new Form 5 (Drilling Completion Report) with remedial cement tickets and remedial CBL within 30 days of the work, and notify Dave Andrews with the eForm Document Number. 4) Perform a Bradenhead Test and record results on Form 17 (Bradenhead Test Report) sometime between 30 to 60 days after the remedial cement work; submit Form 17 and new wellbore diagram within 10 days after the test, and notify Dave Andrews with the eForm Document Number. 5) Collect production gas and bradenhead gas samples during the bradenhead test. 6) Analyze gas samples for for composition (C1 through C12) and stable isotopes of methane, ethane, and propane (Isotech Laboratories NG-2 analysis or similar). Submit analytical results on a Form 4 (Sundry Notice), and notify Dave Andrews with the eForm Document Number. |
