02/20/2026 | Must conduct a bradenhead test no later than 03/20/2026. The Form 17 must be submitted within 10 days of the bradenhead test date. Email the area inspector and engineer minimum 10 days prior to conducting the bradenhead test to allow for a witnessed bradenhead test. Submit form 42-Other “Alternative MIT/Bradenhead test” minimum 10 days prior to conducting the bradenhead test. |
