02/19/2014 | 1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42. 2) Additional cement plug added to this form and required in casing from 3100' to 3000' (15 sx). Tag cement to verify top of 3100' or above. 3) Properly abandon flowlines per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 after flowline abandonment is complete.
