2) Comply with Rule 317.i and provide cement coverage from TD to a minimum of 200' above Niobrara and from 200’ below Shannon to 200’ above Sussex. Verify coverage with cement bond log.
3) Comply with Rule 321. Run and submit Directional Survey from TD to base of surface casing. Ensure that the wellbore complies with setback requirements in commission orders or rules prior to producing the well.

03/15/2017 | Prior to initiation of plugging operations, a Bradenhead test shall be performed. If there is 25# or greater present at the beginning of the test call COGCC Engineer for possible sampling requirements. Form 17 shall be submitted within 10 days.

03/15/2017 | 1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) If surface casing shoe plug not circulated to surface then tag plug – must be 230’ or shallower and provide 10 sx plug at the surface (inside and outside of casing).
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
