09/22/2013 | 1) The flaring of natural gas shall be allowed in accordance with COGCC Rule 912 for the initial production test period. 2) Notify the local emergency dispatch or the local governmental designee of any natural gas flaring.
3) Submit updated requests to flare to COGCC on Form 4 (Sundry Notice), which discuss whether or not any new gathering systems or increased development of the field have changed pipeline economics such that installation of a new pipeline would be an economically viable option in lieu of continued flaring.
4) The operator is required to obtain and maintain any required air permits from CDPHE.
5) The flare volumes shall be reported by Form 7, Operator’s Monthly Report of Operations. |

05/18/2018 | Prior to starting plugging operations a bradenhead test shall be performed.
1) If, before opening the bradenhead valve, the beginning pressure is greater than 25 psi, sampling is required.
2) If pressure remains at the conclusion of the test, or if any liquids were present during the test, sampling is required.
Sampling shall comply with Operator Guidance - Bradenhead Testing and Reporting Instructions, Appendix A: Liquid and Gas Sampling.
The Form 17 shall be submitted within 10 days of the test.
