3/29/2013 | NOTE CHANGES TO PLUGGING PROCEDURES - Additional plugs and tagging requirements, all plugs listed are perf and pump plugs with the exception of 10 sx at surface(place in casing and in the annulus)
1) Provide 24 hour notice of MIRU to Jim Precup at 303-726-3822 or e-mail at James.Precup@state.co.us.
2) For 1550' and 310’ plugs: perforate casing, pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug (respectively must be 1450' and 170’ or shallower). Leave at least 100’ cement in the casing for each plug.
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. |
