06/18/2014 | NOTE: Changes in plugging procedure - 2 sx cement required on RBP at 6350'
1) Provide notice of plugging to inspector John Montoya, 970-397-4124.
2) If surface plug not circulated to surface - tag plug , must be 85' or shallower. Provide 10 sx plug at the surface. Leave at least 100’ cement in the casing for each plug.
3) File Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
4) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
