| INITIAL ACTION: | A compromised above ground produced water line resulted in fluid to spill to the ground surface. The spill was contained entirely on pad and a vac truck was dispatched to clean up standing fluid. |

The use of RSSL concentrations to show compliance with Table 915 was also previously approved due to depth to groundwater in the area. |
