| HOW REMEDIATE: | The SAR and EC concentrations will be monitored for natural attenuation by collecting additional samples in the spring of 2024. Scout requests approval of a reduced analyte list on all future samples consisting of SAR and EC only. |

| INITIAL ACTION: | The lease operator spotted a produced water leak on the flowline riser for A.C. Mcl 8. Line was immediately shut in. Spill was contained on location within the berm. All standing water will be pulled and spill path will be water washed with clean fresh water from main water plant. All proper notifications were made. |

| RECLAMATION PLAN: | Reclamation and reseeding will occur when remediation is completed where applicable and will follow the 1000 series regulations. |
