Description: Visual inspection of the surface of the pad from outside the fence line identified what appeared to be a dried spill on the surface of the pad by the pump jack stuffing box
Resolution: ECMC Audit/Inspection Report Summary On Thursday 8-22-2024 at approximately 1140 hrs. I, Inspector Robbie Revas, Conducted an audit of the well scout card & related forms followed by an onsite inspection: Operator: KP Kauffman Location name: Frederick Unit A-62N68W 36NENE Location ID: 336452 API # Well name: County: Weld Weather:Overcast & warm light rain at times. Temp: 75* Location: Dry While there, I observed A Multi well Pad, PR at the time of inspection. During this inspection the following possible compliance issues were observed: 606 housekeeping: Vegetaion throughout the location needs to be addressed. 605.A signs: all 4 signs are faded & need to be updated, 3 of the 4 signs are at the wrong well and need to be moved to the proper well. See attached photos. A follow up on this site inspection needs to be conducted to ensure the Compliance issues have been corrected to comply with ECMC rules.
