Pressure was bled off and only a whisper was present after 10 minutes.
The bradenhead pressure was checked again 24 hours after the first test on 12/31/2019 and only 1 psi was present. The 1 psi blew down and no flow was noted.
An additional followup bradenhead test performed on 1/23/2020 found less than 1 psi and blew down instantly.
This submittal is for an additional followup test performed on 3/26/2020. Less than 2 psi was found on the bradenhead and blew down instantly.
Surface casing setting depth of the State of Colorado #5-24 HZ is 2370 feet and covers all fresh water aquifers. Bradenhead pressure of the State of Colorado #5-24 HZ will be continued to be monitored per COGCC guidelines.
This test closes any additional action required as a result of the initial anomaly found on 12/30/2019. |

The 1 psi blew down rapidly and no flow was noted.
This submittal is for a followup bradenhead test performed on 1/23/2020. The bradenhead pressure had only rebuilt to less than 1 psi in 24 days and blew down instantly. Surface casing setting depth of the State of Colorado #5-24HZ is 2370 feet and covers all fresh water aquifers. Bradenhead pressure of the State of Colorado #5-24HZ will be monitored monthly for COGCC guidance compliance |

Well had 56# on the bradenhead at the beginning of the test. The pressure blew down relatively quickly indicating a high fluid level. Only a very very faint blow remanded after 30 minutes. The bradenhead was checked again 24 hours after the test and found approximately 1# rebuilt back on the bradenhead which blew down rapidly. The pressure will be checked again in a couple of weeks to access whether a more significant problem exists. A gas sample will be taken if pressure is elevated. |
