| On 2/19/2026, the potential presence of impacted material(s) was identified via hydrocarbon odor and/or hydrocarbon staining during decommissioning activities at the Booth N (Multi) 25-32D tank battery. Samples located at the PWV01-FS, PWV02-FS, PWV-SS01, PWV-SS02, PWV-SS03, PWV-SS05 collected at the produced water vessels. The volume of potentially impacted material(s) is not currently known. Out of an abundance of caution, the operator is submitting notification within 24 hours of the discovery of the potential presence of impacted material(s) soil. Initial soil sampling is underway to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. This location is located within the Mule Deer Severe Winter Range High Priority Habitat, in addition this location is within 300 feet of waters of the state. Final analytical results will be included as part of the Sup. Form 19 submission. |
