if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | N/A | | | | Spill Description: | | On 11/11/25, TEP production personnel received and responded to a high-level alarm for the produced water tank at the HM 32-33 well pad. Upon arrival at the location, produced water was overflowing from the tank and into the earthen-berm secondary containment structure. TEP production personnel immediately shut-in the well, and used a vac-truck to remove fluids from the containment structure and the tank. Approximately 25 bbls of produced water was recovered from the containment structure. There is no indication that the spill migrated outside of containment. TEP is cleaning up impacted soils from within the secondary containment structure. All impacted soils are being taken to an approved, off-site commercial disposal facility. TEP will collect soil samples from the impacted areas to document compliance with Table 915-1 cleanup standards. Analytical results will be submitted to ECMC via a Supplemental Form 19 once data have been received from the lab. | | |
