| On 06/30/2025, State C24-28 wellhead resampling activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Consistent with Rule 912, samples were collected and analyzed to determine whether any constituents are present at levels in excess of Table 915-1 standards. Final laboratory analytical results received on 07/28/2025, indicate that soil sample, WH01-B, discovered at the former wellhead, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for naphthalene at 0.010 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during resampling activities. Operator is acknowledging that this notification is not being submitted within 24 hours of the receipt of the results. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 29862, due by 8/20/2025. |
