| On 05/30/2025, Sauer F33-33 wellhead supplemental soil sampling activities were completed. During the completion of the activities, no potential presence of impacted material(s) was observed/smelled. Final laboratory analytical results received on 06/23/2025, indicate that soil samples, WH01, discovered at the previously decommissioned wellhead, exceeded ECMC Table 915 standards for benzo(a)anthracene at 0.0225 mg/kg. Groundwater was not encountered during decommissioning activities. Operator is submitting notification within 24 hours of the receipt of the results. Surface owner(s) and all local governments will be notified within 24-hours of the receipt of the results. A Form 19 will be submitted within 72 hours of the receipt of the results. All data collected will be submitted with the next quarterly Supplemental Form 27 for REM 29142, due by 8/27/2025. |
