if work proceeding under an approved Form 27: | N/A | | | | Spill Description: | | While conducting tank battery removal activities at the Frank 23,14,Russell 19, 13-31 Facility, historically impacted soil was discovered above tank battery liner at aboveground storage tanks (AST) AST01 and AST02. The volume of the release is unknown. Assessment activities are ongoing. The historically impacted soil will be removed and disposed of and confirmation soil samples will be collected in compliance with ECMC Table 915-1. Additionally, a waste characterization sample of the impacted material has been collected and submitted for analysis of full ECMC Table 915-1 constituents.
