| A release of fluid from a condensate tank at the MV 53-28 well pad (ECMC location ID #335327) was discovered on April 24, 2025. The condensate tank is located inside a lined metal containment structure. The leak was caused by a failed gasket seal on the access hatch of the tank. The total volume of condensate lost was measured at 13.85 bbls. Immediately upon discovery, fluids inside the condensate tank were transferred to different tank, and a vac-truck was dispatched to the location. Nearly 100% of the fluids inside the containment structure were recovered. Crews are replacing the faulty gasket on the access hatch to the tank. After the gasket has been replaced, the tank will be placed back into service. The perimeter of the containment structure was closely inspected and no evidence of fluids leaking outside the containment was observed. Because all fluids were successfully contained within the containment, there were no impacts outside of the containment structure.
