| Laboratory analytical data indicated a historical release was discovered at the separator flowline riser during the Frico 21-14 flowline decommissioning. During decommissioning, an adjacent flowline (Frico 17-14 Flowline) was removed and sampled in the common trench. The Frico 17-14 project (Remediation Project # 18470) was closed in 2022, so samples collected during decommissioning activities are being reported under the Frico 21-14 Flowline. One soil sample, FL01R-S, exceeded ECMC standards for 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene at 0.019 mg/kg and 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene at 0.018 mg/kg. This location lies within the Bald Eagle Roost Site and Mule Deer Severe Winter Range High Priority Habitats. |
