| Spill Description: |
| On November 5, 2024, a release of more than 1 barrel of produced fluids was discovered outside of secondary containment at the Labrisa 11-35HZ Production Facility location. Cleanup and site assessment activities are currently ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. The State Notification email is provided as Attachment B. |
