| Laboratory analytical data indicated a historical release occurred at the flowline directional change at the Long C20-17 decommissioned flowline. One soil sample, FL01-01, exceeded ECMC standards for naphthalene at 0.095 mg/kg, TPH at 690 mg/kg, acenaphthene at 2.89 mg/kg, anthracene at 8.15 mg/kg, benzo(a)anthracene at 23.4 mg/kg, benzo(a)pyrene at 8.72 mg/kg, benzo(b)fluoranthene at 13.5 mg/kg, benzo(k)fluoranthene at 7.96 mg/kg, chrysene at 14.1 mg/kg, dibenzo(a,h)anthracene at 0.774, fluoranthene at 26.5, fluorene at 3.66 mg/kg, ideno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene at 4.74 mg/kg, pyrene at 34.7 mg/kg, 1-methylnaphthalene at 0.182 mg/kg and 2-methylnaphthalene at 0.281 mg/kg.
