| On January 17, 2024, approximately 0.5 gallons of fluid were released due to a gasket failure on a separator at the Aggregate State 24 22 25-9 O SA Production Facility location. During subsequent cleanup activities on January 31, 2024 the release became State Reportable due to the quantity of impacted soil removed from the release area. Cleanup and site assessment activities are ongoing and will be summarized in a forthcoming Supplemental Form 19 Spill/Release Report. A topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
