| Spill Description: |
| Condensate was observed coming out at the ground surface from the flowline into the separator on the afternoon of 1/18/2024 at 2pm by a pumper visiting the site. The Julian Pluss 1 well is predominantly a gas well, the liquids daylighting at the surface are a condensate mist but are contained on location and predominantly within the berm around the separator. The surface staining is approximately 150 square feet (10’x15’). KPK has shut-in the well and isolated the underground line. Scraping of surface soil with condensate has been completed. Additional excavation and line repair ongoing. Collected source area sample and background soil sample. |
