The staining is localized to a low-lying area where it appeared to be daylighting to surface above the flowline. There was no evidence of stains along outskirts of the location or along the rundown for the pad. It was determined during the stormwater inspection that nothing left location. After discovering the stains, the inspector contacted the construction foreman to begin cleanup. Oil has been sucked up via vac-truck and impacted soil has been disposed of according to regulations. | | |
