| Spill Description: |
| During routine testing activities at the Wardell 29-29 wellhead, five (5) shallow soil vapor points were installed in the vicinity of the wellhead. Samples were collected on May 25, 2023 and submitted to Isotech Laboratories for gas composition analysis. Sample results were received on June 5, 2023 and indicated the presence of thermogenic gas. Analytical results are attached. The topographic Site Location Map showing the geographic setting of the release is provided as Figure 1. |
