| During routine testing activities at the Pinnacle 2-2 well pad, sixteen (16) shallow soil vapor points were installed in the vicinity of the five wells: Pinnacle 15-2, Pinnacle 10-2, Pinnacle 9-2, Pinnacle 37-2, and Pinnacle 16-2. On May 4, 2023, samples were collected from the sixteen soil vapor points. Three of the samples were submitted to Isotech Laboratories for gas composition analysis. Sample results were received on May 25, 2023 and indicated the presence of thermogenic gas. Analytical results are attached.
