| During tank battery removal activities at the Hayes 6-1/Baines 5-1/Ludwig 25-1 Facility, impacted soil was discovered adjacent to the above ground storage tanks (ASTs) and separator. The volume of the release is unknown. Assessment activities are ongoing. The assessment details will be summarized in a supplemental Form 27 report (Remediation No. 22198; Form 27 Initial Document No. 402970534).
